My favourite books of 2018 - Blogmas 21

I read fifty books this year, but these were my favourites.

This is going to hurt - Adam Kay

This book is a great insight into the NHS it's too funny to read at your desk and too heartbreaking to finish before bed, I know because did both.

What's a girl gotta do - Holly Bourne

Part of the spinster club series which I love in general, what's a girl gotta do makes you question how far you'd go for something you believe in and weather it's worth burning out for.

The secrets she keeps - Michael Robotham

I've put this on the list for the memory rather than the book itself. My grandma lent this book to my mum, I read it after she passed away when we were living at mum's inbetween flats. It's a bit of a dark read to he remembering your grandma by but I know it was her top book of 2018, if for nothing else than she only lived two months of it.

Tomorrow: 2018 best bits
